Radiant Hosting agrees to provide services to the Subscriber, subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Radiant Hosting, the company here after referred to as, (“Radiant Hosting “), (“Us”), (“We”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Radiant Hosting Services constitutes acceptance and agreement to their AUP (“Acceptable Use Policy”) and ToS (“Terms of Service”). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Radiant Hosting. The Subscriber understands that changes to the ToS by Radiant Hosting shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

All hosting service orders placed by newly registered customers are eligible for refunds within 72 hours of the creation of the server in our database, this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. All refunds are made through the same payment method in which initial payments were made. All of our other services, including product add-ons and domains are not eligible for a refund. Our 72-hour money back guarantee applies to a new client’s first order only. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause; in addition to this non-monthly terms are non-refundable. To request a refund, you must submit a refund request via the support ticket system and providing the reason. If you meet the terms of eligibility, a refund will be issued by one of our team members. Refunds for marketing services are done on a case by case basis and adhere to the individual contract that was given to the client. If no marketing contract was given, then refunds are done on case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds issued for billing errors are made on a per case basis. Refunds will not be issued automatically.


To terminate your services you must cancel via our client billing area using the cancellation button on your services page, and a team member will reach out. A cancellation request must be submitted when a client wishes to no longer proceed with their service. Accounts with a credit card on file will automatically attempt to renew until cancelled. Unless specified per special arrangement, we do not hold our clients accountable to any contracts. Our customers can cancel at any time.


Clients are disallowed from exploiting services to modify settings of features beyond which they are permitted in their rental agreement. For instance, a client may not modify their slot count to an amount which differs from what they are renting from us. Any abuse or alteration of our features and or services will result in a termination of your service without possibility for a refund.


Radiant Hosting, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. Radiant Hosting shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute.


Any support requests required for products from Radiant Hosting shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other form of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative. 


Radiant Hosting cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all of the time. Radiant hosting reserves the right to cancel, remove, and deny any promotion codes as deemed necessary and for any reason.


Radiant Hosting retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies. Radiant Hosting regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the full extent of the law. Any verbal or written action to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by Radiant Hosting will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and possible lawsuits. By purchasing a server from Radiant Hosting you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing settings, uploading/mods, and other tasks related to running any server. Upon cancellation of payments to Radiant Hosting your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. Files will be kept as long as possible after termination or suspension however the guaranteed amount of time is unspecified. Radiant Hosting retains the sole right to stop, start, and modify your server at any given time.


While some of our plans include unlimited bandwidth and storage to our customers, we reserve the right to request that you delete excessive file such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive. We do not support the use of any custom jar file or files uploaded by the user. Any uploaded files that cause the server to lag or make the server unplayable are not the responsibility of Radiant Hosting. If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server such as slots or RAM amount, your server is subject to being terminated without the possibility of getting a refund.


We reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed needed. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal invoice is due and data may be deleted. We do not terminate services without cause.


Radiant Hosting offers an affiliate program which will provide you with the opportunity to receive a 10% recurring commission on referred signups as long as those signups remain active and paying. The minimum balance needed to request a payout is $10(ten dollars). This payout is contingent upon referred signups being genuine, new sales leads. Whether or not the referred signups are genuine is solely at our discretion. An example of an in-genuine referral would be affiliate traffic from a coupon directory which customers would only be visiting during the time of their order (which has already been initiated).
